SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we store the personal information you provide us, such as your name, address, email, and phone number.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP address) in order to obtain information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (when applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you obtain my consent?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery, or return a purchase, you agree to our collection and use of personal information solely for these specific purposes.

If we request your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask for your consent or give you the opportunity to say no.

At any time, you have the right to request all the data you have provided to our website. You can view it through your user account under "My personal data - GDPR".

How can I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - DATA STORAGE

Our store is hosted on PTISP servers.

Your data is stored in databases that are in turn stored on PTISP servers. Your data is stored on secure servers protected by a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for the period necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the purchase is finalized, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure use of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

For more details, please read the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy of Stripe.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, some services on our website are provided by third parties. These service providers will collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, these same service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them about purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand how your personal information will be handled by them.

Specifically, remember that certain providers may be located or have facilities in jurisdictions different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party application or website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using "secure socket layer" (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional measures accepted by industry standards.

If we make changes to the privacy policy, we will notify you of the update. This way, you will know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances (if applicable) we use and/or disclose it.
